Using a Bang-O-Matic 6 degree Driver Mr. Scott Smith established a New World Long Drive Record of 539 Yards! Yes, you read correctly, 539 yards! In the past 6 months Bang Golf and Bang Staffers and users has captured 2 World Long Drive Titles at the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championships......The Players Cup (The first Major tournament of 2004) and now the World Record Longest Drive ever in a sanctioned official Long Drive event! In addition to that, Bang clubs were in the 2004 Bell South Classic, The Master's 2004 and the 2004 Dunhill Classic in Europe in addition to being played on every Major Tour in the World!

(::뱅(Bang) 드라이버::) 미국의 뱅 드라이버(사진)는 장타를 내는 드라이버로 화제를 몰 고 왔었다. 지난해 세계장타대회에서 스콧 스미스(미국)가 ‘뱅 오 매틱’(Bang-O-Matic) 드라이버로 무려 539야드를 날려 세계 신기록을 기록했기 때문이다. 여자부에서도 낸시 아비에쿠나스( 미국)가 ‘뱅 멜로 옐로’(Mellow Yellow) 드라이버로 352야드를 날린 바 있다.
뱅 드라이버 기술의 핵심은 임팩트시 힘의 손실을 최소화한 ‘FA 공법’(Flow Alignment System)이다. FA공법이란 에너지의 분산 없이 클럽 헤드에서 볼까지 에너지를 전달하는 기술.
